5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in original condition and packaging.
For reasons of safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
