  • Eligibility for Refunds
    • Only unopened and unused skincare products purchased directly from www.mediscentia.com are eligible for a refund. Refunds apply to full-priced items returned within the allowed timeframe.
  • Timeframe for Refund Requests
    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted due to product safety and quality standards.
  • Condition of Returned Items
    • Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, free from tampering or damage, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
  • How to Request a Refund
    • To request a refund, email contact@mediscentia.com with your order number, product name(s), and a brief reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number.
  • Refund Method
    • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You’ll be notified by email once your refund is processed.
  • Non-Refundable Items
    • Opened or used products, gift cards, promotional items, sample-size products, and all shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Costs
    • Original shipping fees are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Exchanges
    • Exchanges are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mediscentia.com and include photos of the issue.
  • Order Cancellations
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
